HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Locations: San Jose, CA • Cary, NC • Austin, TX

We are looking for ahigh-energy, results-driven HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced technology company. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and managers to help them achieve business goals by proposing and implementing people and culture initiatives that drivesustainable high performance

This HR Business Partner role provides HR support to anR&D organization As the primary HR contact for this group, you will deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support while serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as theprimary HR Business Partner to leaders and managers across the R&D organization

  • Partner closely with leadership to support businessobjectivesthrough effective people strategies

  • Deliver end-to-end HR support across:

  • Workforce planning and organizational design

  • Compensation and performance management

  • Talent development, retention, and succession planning

  • Employee relations and manager coaching

  • Coach managers on navigating a wide range of people-related challenges with consistency, sound judgment, and empathy

  • Facilitate and implementCenter of Excellence (COE) –driven programs and initiatives

  • Identify, propose, and implement solutions related totalent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention

  • Leverage an understanding of the business, organization, and goals toanticipateneeds and proactively drive change

  • Partner with HR COEs to bring specialist insights and scalable programs to the business

  • Use data and insights to surface trends, inform decisions, and drive action

  • Operate with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience

  • BA or BS degree, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field

  • Experience supportingtechnical or engineering teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to use data toidentifyinsights and drive action

  • Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and applying critical-thinking skills to complex problems

  • Thrives in a collaborative, culturally diverse, fast-paced environment

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated interest inleveragingAI, automation, or emerging tools to improve HR effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-making

The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
