Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visionary partner to the Components unit, providing expert HR guidance and support.
  • Champion and oversee innovative local HR initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with our managers to develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Foster the growth and development of the factory, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
  • Lead transformative organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and cultural projects.
  • Empower managers with coaching and support on labor law, employee relations and performance management, while analyzing HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven project management skills with several years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Sweden.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
