The mission of this role is to provide HR services in support of the company’s growth, performance, and international development. The position reports to the Head of Human Resources and acts as a regular business partner to the management while ensuring operational excellence, robust governance, and scalable people processes across the organization.
Partner with the area management to support business growth objectives and build aligned people strategies.
Advise managers on organizational design, succession and workforce planning, leadership development, engagement, communication, conflict management, team effectiveness, change management, etc.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve overall organizational performance.
Actively drive end-to-end recruitment processes on the global ATS to ensure critical roles are filled quickly and with the right quality
Monitor recruitment pipelines, bottlenecks, and time-to-fill metrics, and intervene when performance deviates from expectations
Use data and dashboards to make delays visible and drive accountability
Support the identification and development of talent and future leaders through structured programs, training, and mentoring.
Lead locally annual Global talent management processes: performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Provide support to local HR teams in their area.
Ensure consistent application of global HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Partner with local HR teams to deliver seamless HR operations.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture across global teams.
Contribute to compensation reviews and bonus allocation.
Support compensation and bonus processes, including data consolidation, analysis, and communication.
Support international assignments and global mobility processes
Oversee payroll processes in partnership with the accounting department.
Ensure effective use of HRIS, ATS, LMs platforms, people data, and HR technology as decision-support tools for leaders and managers
Act as the regional business owner for HR data quality, usage, and interpretation, in close coordination with HR Operations and relevant COEs
Ensure that people decisions (performance, talent, succession, workforce planning, compensation) are supported by reliable data and consistent reporting
Ensure data quality, system usage, and provide reporting that supports governance and decision credibility
Contribute to the rollout and adoption of global HRIS and HR technology initiatives at regional level, ensuring business relevance and leader adoption
Use people analytics to identify risks, trends, and priorities, and translate insights into concrete leadership actions
Promote a data-driven and automation-minded culture within HR teams and with managers
Identify opportunities where technology can simplify, accelerate, standardize, or eliminate non–value-added HR activities
As a member of the Group HR team, participate in or manage projects related to L&D, employee engagement, ESG and other initiatives
Facilitate effective project management and execution in close partnership with local Human Resources teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years HRBP experience in international environments.
Strong knowledge of global HR practices and Swiss labor regulations
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and HR operations.
