Act as a strategic partner and play a key role in supporting business needs and achieving objectives. Deliver a broad range of support and consulting services on all talent management processes including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, workforce planning employee engagement & retention.
The Role
The Candidate
Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Work Experience: 5 - 8 years of similar role with experience partnering with senior leaders and frontline management with a proven track record of delivering results and successfully managing change: labour relations experience required
Knowledge: CHRP designation preferred, Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills

Compensation:
Base pay $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per annum. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
