We are looking for HRBP Supply Chain in Tashkent
• Participation in developing business processes and implementing HR practices
• Monitoring business needs (headcount, hiring) and adapting HR strategy accordingly
• Providing HR consulting and guidance to managers
• Contributing to business strategy development and integrating HR perspective into decision‑making
• Conducting HR process trainings (recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, motivation, etc.)
• Talent management and involvement in succession planning
• Developing and updating job descriptions
• Solving non‑standard HR cases together with leadership
• Supporting corporate culture initiatives and organizational transformation
• Education: Higher education, preferably additional HR‑related studies
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR management
• Skills & Competencies:
o Recruitment skills and application of various assessment methods
o Experience in motivation system development and performance evaluation
o Training facilitation and effectiveness assessment
o Knowledge of the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
o Strong teamwork, strategic mindset and accountability
o English proficiency: Intermediate or higher
o Confident PC user
