Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in his/her respective location(s). This position formulates partnerships across the HR function (including COEs) to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of HR support to the frontline business organization.
This role has an impact on Canada Operations. The operation employees make up the largest number of employees in the organization which have a direct impact on the company’s operational and financial performance; therefore, this role has both a direct and an indirect impact on the company’s operational and financial performance.

Ce poste ne comporte aucune responsabilité hiérarchique directe, mais sert à encadrer et à conseiller les autres postes au sein de l’entreprise.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir, tant au niveau local en voiture que sur de longues distances en avion. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un poste de soutien aux activités sur le terrain, la présence sur place est requise pendant la majeure partie de la semaine de travail. Le télétravail sera autorisé à titre occasionnel, à la discrétion du directeur des ressources humaines.
Position requires the highest level of confidentiality and the ability to work effectively with peers. However, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the operation.
Travel is required, both locally by car and long-distance by air. As this is a field-operations support role, on-site reporting is required for most of the workweek. Remote working will be allowed on an occasional basis, and at the discretion of the Director of Human Resources.
