We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing organisation as we approach 100 employees. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can work independently in day-to-day execution while receiving support and guidance from the local COO and the Head of People from the wider organisation.
The HR Business Partner will focus on implementing and embedding people-related processes that already exist within the company group and tailoring them to the local organisation. The role will concentrate on compliant people processes, manager support, and continuous improvement.
Implement and locally adapt HR processes and frameworks provided by the wider company group
Work closely with the COO and the Head of People to align local practices with group standards
Support managers in performance & salary management, feedback, and employee development topics
Support HR audits, compliance-related improvements, and preparation for certifications
Help create, localise, and maintain HR policies and guidelines based on group templates
Support the digitalisation and continuous improvement of HR processes
Support employer branding initiatives
Act as a first point of contact for managers on people-related topics
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations without owning recruitment or HR administration
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration or human resources
4–6 years of experience in HR in a generalist or business-partnering role
Experience in implementing and running HR processes
Good understanding of performance management, compensation fundamentals, and employee lifecycle topics
Ability to work independently while aligning with group-level guidance and standards
Confidence in supporting managers and handling people-related discussions
Pragmatic, organised, and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and stakeholder mindset
Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
