At CACEIS Malaysia, our HR team is dedicated to driving a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling business growth through strategic people initiatives.
As a HRBP, you will partner with CACEIS Malaysia leaders in the planning, development and enablement of an agile, adaptable and highly competent workforce at all levels. Leads support to Senior HR Business Partners on the integration of talent management initiatives relative to annual processes. Ensures effective and collaborative relationships within HR and the supported businesses and other functional partners. Will also assist with more complex or sensitive day to day people issues. This position acts as a single point of contact within designated business units for all people related issues and is a people champion ensuring people are always high on the business agenda. Assists in overall CACEIS Human Resources initiatives.
Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
