What You'll Be Doing

You won't just be supporting HR — you'll be embedded in the business, partnering with leaders to shape people strategies that actually make an impact.

You'll:

  • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into practical, people-focused solutions
  • Own the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding (and everything in between)
  • Be the go-to advisor on performance, talent, succession, and engagement
  • Independently manage employee relations cases (misconduct, grievances, performance issues)
  • Use data and insights to spot trends, risks, and opportunities before they become problems
  • Lead meaningful conversations – performance reviews, talent discussions, and change initiatives
  • Support organisational change, restructuring, and transformation projects
  • Help build a high-performance, values-driven culture

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field ( essential)
  • Honours Degree (nice to have)

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Solid experience handling employee relations independently
  • Exposure to performance & talent management processes
  • Experience in financial services or asset management? Big plus!

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • SABPP registration
  • Change Management certification
  • Coaching certification
  • Enneagram or Insights accreditation
