HR Operations Business Partner (m/f/d)
General Description
The HR Operations Business Partner supports managers and employees as a trusted point of contact for all HR-related matters and ensures professional and service-oriented HR support in day-to-day operations.
The focus of this role is on providing operational HR support to the organization, managing HR processes, and building strong relationships with managers and employees. The HR Business Partner ensures the effective implementation of HR activities and contributes to a positive employee experience and a collaborative working environment.
Over time, there is the opportunity to further develop into a more strategically focused HR Business Partner role, taking on increasing responsibility in areas such as organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.
