Under general supervision, provides operational, employee-focused, and process-driven support across key functional areas of Human Resources. This role is a critical partner in delivering a positive employee experience, supporting employee relations activities, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, job changes, corrective action documentation support, and performance reviews.
  • Manage paper flow and documentation for recurring HR processes and audits.
  • Assist with reference checks, employment verifications, and documentation requests.
  • Compile HR metrics, reports, and statistics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Identify and recommend continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Support employee relations activities, including documentation, routine issue resolution, and coordination with HR partners.
  • Partner with HR team members to standardize workflows and update procedures.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; and the Power Apps encouraged
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $48,000 - $63,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.

Benefits Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
