Job Description

As an HR Business Analyst, you play a key role in shaping how HR operates and evolves within DEME. You connect business needs with digital possibilities by analyzing processes and information flows, translating insights into clear requirements, and guiding stakeholders from initial concept through to implementation. Your work ensures that solutions are not only well-designed, but also practical, scalable, and aligned with our broader HR strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze HR business processes (as-is/to-be), information flows, and organizational needs to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Translate insights into concrete use cases and clear solution requirements (functional and process-related).

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and key users to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment.

  • Define new or optimized processes and contribute to the design of digital solutions.

  • Join a project team and actively help shape scope and approach, including intensive workshop sessions with key users.

  • Support decision-making through structured analyses, impact assessments, risk evaluations, and well-founded recommendations.

  • Contribute to testing and implementation, with a strong focus on quality, adoption, and smooth roll-out.

​Your profile

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as an analyst, project coordinator, consultant or in a similar role.

  • Experience in project environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and end-to-end delivery.

  • Strong structuring and stakeholder management skills: you ask the right questions and guide stakeholders toward clear decisions.

  • The ability to quickly understand business logic, zoom in and out, and position topics in the right context.

  • A strong sense of ownership and progress tracking: you work in a structured way, maintain overview, and ensure actions move forward.

  • A solution-oriented mindset, combining analytical thinking with pragmatic execution.

  • Affinity with HR processes and tools
