Job Description

This is more than a traditional Human Resources role. As the Human Resources Business Administrator, you will serve as a key member of the station leadership team, working directly with the Vice President/General Manager and supporting four television stations—WGMB FOX 44, WVLA NBC Local 33, WBRL CW21, and KZUP. This unique opportunity provides broad exposure to people leadership and business operations, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across multiple brands and departments.

This highly visible role combines human resources leadership with business and administrative operations, providing a unique opportunity to influence both our people and our station's success. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, trustworthy, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values confidentiality, and enjoys helping employees and leaders succeed.
