Aspen Careers is partnering with a well-established, mid-sized law firm to identify a Benefits Manager who will lead and enhance the firm’s employee benefits programs. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a professional services environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Job Title: Benefits Manager
Location: Columbus, OH – [Onsite/Hybrid 2x month]

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5–7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and related laws
• Experience managing retirement plans and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
