As HR Automation Project Manager, you play a key role in driving the digital transformation of HR. You lead automation initiatives end-to-end, translating complex HR business needs into scalable, future-ready technology solutions. Acting at the intersection of HR, IT, and business, you combine consulting mindset, solution design, and project leadership to deliver measurable impact across the organization

Your contribution to something big:

  • Project & Delivery Management Lead HR automation and digitalization projects from concept to rollout, defining scope, managing timelines, resources, and risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Business Analysis & Solution Design Analyze complex, ambiguous, and sometimes conflicting HR requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements and solution concepts.
  • Stakeholder Consulting & Alignment Act as a trusted advisor for HR stakeholders, guiding them through technology choices, managing expectations, and ensuring transparent communication across all levels.
  • Orchestration & Collaboration Coordinate between Business Analysts, Developers, and external partners, removing impediments and ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Structure complex challenges, define them clearly, and enable sustainable, technology-driven HR solutions.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience & Know-how:
    • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a consultative role such as a Business Analyst, HR Solution Architect, or Tech Consultant, with a strong focus on the HR domain.
    • Proven experience leading technology projects and managing the full project lifecycle, with a strong understanding of methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
    • Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, solution architecture, and strategic planning.
    • Solid understanding of the HR technology landscape (e.g., Core HRIS, low-code/no-code, AI in HR) and how to apply it to solve business problems.
  • Personality & Way of Working:
    • You are a natural at building consensus and influencing decision-making at all levels through exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
    • You are both a strategic thinker and a pragmatic doer, capable of defining a vision and then managing the details to make it a reality.
    • You thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and guiding peers to successful outcomes.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
