Our client is a leading wholesale bank. They are currently looking for a HR Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Assist on Recruitment and C&B functions, including monthly payroll, overtime calculation, MPF, employee benefits program
• Maintain database and HRIS system
• Support in training and development
• Keep abreast of employment ordinance, ensure HR operations are in compliance with HK related laws and regulations
• Provide all rounded HR Administration support. Handle visa related matters

Requirements

• Degree holder in HRM or business-related discipline
• At least 2 years HR experience. Banking or financial industry experience will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
