Opportunity:
As an HR Associate, you will serve as the primary Human Resources presence for the Phoenix office, supporting both day-to-day employee needs and broader strategic people initiatives. This position combines hands-on execution with cross-functional partnership and requires effective collaboration across all levels of the organization. A HR Associates salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. HR Associate carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
