Our recent implementation of Workday as our HR system has created a position on our team, and we invite HR professionals who are committed to bringing new ideas and unique experience. By joining our team, you will grow as an HR professional and gain firsthand experience, training, and knowledge of the latest HR technology.

Main Accountabilities

Recruitment

• Respond to general inquiries regarding the recruitment process.

• Manage job adverts and update across different job boards

• Assist recruiters from scheduling interviews, reference checks, to keeping interview records

• Support theSupport the recruitment process of Supply Teachers and Invigilators for ESF and ESL schools

• Maintain records and assist the vendor in performing pre-employment screening on all new hires

Recruitment System

• Provide recruitment administration support with Workday

• Maintain reporting datasets within Workday to drive key decision-making pertaining to recruitment

• Build and maintain requisitions within Workday

Other HR Duties

• Assist and coordinate the New Teacher and Support Staff Induction

• Assist with invoice checking and liaise with finance teams accordingly

• Maintain and update HR profiles, database, etc.

Requirement

Abilities

• Ability to work with diverse groups and cultures

• Ability to understand semi-complex administrative procedures

• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a timely manner

Knowledge

• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

• Knowledge of PC in a Microsoft environment, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Strong data/Excel skills are advantageous

• Knowledge of Workday systems highly desirable
