Job Description

Support the execution of HR programs and policies while managing day-to-day HR operations. Acts as the bridge between employees, managers, and HR leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage recruitment activities for assigned functions.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate assessment.
  • Handle onboarding and probation reviews.

Employee Relations

  • Address routine employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Support disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance review processes.
  • Track performance documentation.
  • Support managers in goal-setting administration.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll inputs and benefit programs.
  • Conduct basic salary benchmarking and reporting.
  • Support annual merit and bonus exercises.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs.
  • Track learning effectiveness and completion rates.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Team Leadership

  • May supervise HR Specialists, Coordinators, or Administrators.
  • Manage HR processes but usually not HR strategy.

Qualification Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 3+ years of Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Experience working with senior leaders.

  • Fluent English communication skills
