This is an-onsite position reporting to the Senior Director of Education and Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition.
HOURS: Monday -Friday; primarily 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. w/one hour for lunch.
The Human Resources Assistant performs a variety of Human Resources support activities. Primary duties include administrative human resource related processes and functions, data entry and management, documentation, customer service, administrative support and process improvement. Utilizes technology with nearly all aspects of the job.
Strong scheduling management experience desired. Must be solution-focused and self-motivated with strong project management experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: None.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work without direct supervision. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills required. Computer and technical software proficiency required, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must prioritize quality of work and excellence in customer service. Must demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness in documentation. Must apply organizational skills and a sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and processes to achieve expected outcomes. Must apply consulting, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes.

$17.39 - $24.35
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
