The HR Assistant supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department. The HR Assistant assists in recruitment efforts, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience throughout, as well as handles administrative tasks, maintains employee records, and support key HR processes, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and duties.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment support required.
Education Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
Computer Skills Must have proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher/Word). Ability to learn new software applications. Familiarity with ATS platforms is required, and HRIS platforms a plus. AI and Statistics experience is preferred.
Language Skills Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
