Day to Day Responsibility
考勤管理：
- 负责员工考勤数据的收集、整理和核对，确保数据准确无误；
- 跟踪员工出勤情况，处理员工请假、加班、缺勤等考勤异常问题；
- 定期生成考勤报告，为薪资核算提供支持；
- 解答员工有关考勤制度的咨询，协助优化考勤管理流程。
协助招聘和入职管理
- 协助招聘事宜、一线员工的入职手续办理，包括合同签订、资料收集及系统录入；
- 为新员工提供入职引导，确保其快速融入工作环境。
员工信息收集：
- 协助收集员工信息；
- 负责员工档案的建立，确保信息完整、准确；
合同管理：
- 跟踪员工劳动合同的签订、续签及到期情况，确保符合劳动法规；
- 协助处理员工岗位调整或合同变更相关事宜。
离职管理：
- 负责离职员工的手续办理，包括离职面谈、资料归档；
- 维护离职人员信息；
员工咨询与支持：
- 解答一线员工关于考勤、入离职的相关问题；
- 协助处理员工在工作中的人事相关问题，维护良好的员工关系。
数据管理与报告：
- 定期收集、整理并分析考勤数据及员工入离职相关数据；
- 提供人力资源相关报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持。
其他：
- 根据主管或人事部门要求，完成其他工作任务。

Education & Experience
- 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
- 1年以上人力资源相关工作经验，尤其是考勤管理或一线员工关系管理经验；
Required Skills
- 熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel等），掌握人事管理系统操作优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识；
- 工作细致认真，责任心强，能够同时处理多项任务；
Desired Skills
- 熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规；
- 有一线员工管理经验者优先。
