Job Description

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops for employees.
Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance.
Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support in any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a full-time HR Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions and activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers, Excel sheets, and HR reports.
- Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies.
- Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Sending interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback notifications.
- Maintaining and organizing employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation.
- Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Coordinating and scheduling training programs and workshops for employees.
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing necessary support and guidance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Assistant.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
