Key Responsibilities
· Communicate with clients
about work permit & visa process application or termination under BOI and
Non-BOI companies.
· Coordinate with the team
until mission is completed.
· Recruiting and
interviewing potential candidates for internal positions at ATa Services.
· Employee onboarding, development, necessary
assessment and training.
· Enforces management
guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and
procedures for 2 business centers (Rama IV and Bang-Na)
Key requirements
· Holding at least
a Bachelor’s Degree.
· Demonstrated
experience in work permit & visa for foreigners under BOI and Non-BOI
companies.
· Demonstrated
experience in Employment law in Thailand.
· A team player
with excellent communication and presentation.
· Management and
leadership skills.
· MS Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint), Google (G-Suite).
· Thai native with
fluency in English, other languages would be an advantage.
