Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct mappings via LinkedIn for experienced professionals and provide insights to recruitment teams.
• Attend and take notes during interviews
• Prepare clear reports and summaries for the business.
• Support various HR initiatives such as onboarding, analysing the results of our Global People Survey, preparing for evaluation cycles, analyzing turnover data and updating our career paths.
• Collaborate with both the Experienced Recruitment team (2 days/week) and the HRBP team (3 days/week) on projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• You are a student (bachelor or master) in communications, HR, business, or a related field.
• You are organized, proactive, and enjoy coordinating between different teams
• You can communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• You are a team player and comfortable following up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Your Dutch and English are excellent.
