Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR and recruitment team with daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and an excellent experience for candidates and employees alike:

  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate communication with candidates in English and Russian/Ukrainian (Greek will be considered an advantage)

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records

  • Assist with onboarding new hires and preparing employment documentation

  • Support HR processes such as leave management, internal communications, and general administrative tasks

  • Assist with office administration tasks, including coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services

  • Participating in ad hoc HR and recruitment projects as needed

  • Stay up to date with the new HR regulations

  • Initiative to expand company’s development (bringing suggestions to improve or expand the network and recruitment resources is a plus!)

Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment

  • Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian (Greek will be considered an advantage)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Availability to travel occasionally

  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the HR field
