Job Scope:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executive.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Ensure employee information are kept updated in system.
  • Data entry, scan and file documents.
  • Handles training, claims
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
