Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Recruitment / Management of Apprentices & Interns – Bercy site

• Collect apprentice and intern needs from the various teams on the site
• Post job offers and manage recruitment processes
• Handle administrative processes to prepare new hires’ arrivals
• Manage onboarding, monitor missions, provide support, and conduct exit interviews

Training:

• Participate in annual training orientations
• Register employees for the training programs they are enrolled in
• Oversee KPI reporting (hot/cold surveys)
• Weekly training plan update

Communication

• Contribute to the development and deployment of the communication plan
• Create content (emails, articles, photos, videos) for internal communication tools
• Contribute to events (logistics, organization, etc.)

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level student in a field closely related to Human Resources (e.g. communication, psychology, business)
• Ideally, prior experience in HR through an internship or similar role
• Curious, motivated and autonomous, with a people-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented, rigorous and a strong communicator
• Comfortable speaking and writing in both English and French
