This job is responsible for working closely with Human Resources (HR) Analytics and Data Governance to deliver workforce reporting and analytic solutions through advanced consultation. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities and processes to meet evolving demands beyond standard product offerings. Job expectations include engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and delivery of reporting and analytics products and services, while ensuring governance around HR data.
The Workforce Analytics, Reporting and Data Governance team (WARDG) is part of Global Human Resources (GHR). The primary focus of our team is to deliver workforce reporting and analytic solutions through advanced consultation in addition to ensuring strong data governance across GHR of worker data per Enterprise standards.
The HR Analytics & Data Governance Consultant I will be responsible for the maintenance of bank’s HR organizational & roles through the Data Integrated Model (DIM) tool Accountable for engagement, adoption, satisfaction and delivery of the reporting and analytics products & services for their client group, while ensuring rigorous governance around HR data.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the bank’s HR organizational & role structures (key inputs to all HR reporting and processes across the company)
Work with the respective Strategic Analytics Forecasting Lead, Finance and HR team to understand future changes
Lead governance of the DIM ecosystem, providing oversight of cross-functional inputs and ensuring disciplined change management
Proactively identify and manage upstream dependencies and downstream impacts to protect data quality and reporting accuracy
Translate future state changes into the Data Integrated Model (DIM) tool that drives the HR organizational & role structure
Supports a variety of Line of Business or functional area needs for Human Resources (HR) analytics, reporting, and data governance to assist senior leaders and business partners in making effective business decisions
Identifies and resolves employee data related issues within the business, minimizing risk to the organization
Creates strategic reporting solutions and monthly reports/dashboards
Creates and enhances standard reporting deliverables to deliver high-impact presentations and analysis
Develops and enhances data management tools, queries, and processes including automation of data mining and analytics supporting HR reporting
Evolves current analytical framework to support stakeholders to identify new or emerging risks from HR data
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end intake and delivery processes, including requirements gathering, prioritization, scoping, and execution across multiple stakeholders
Minimum 2+ years of experience with data and analytics tools such as MicroStrategy and Alteryx
Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience maintaining or updating large-scale datasets or systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across outputs
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, filtering, and lookups) and M365 suite
Strong performance consulting skills, including the ability to identify gaps and diagnose issues through effective questioning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with HR or Finance organizational structures
Basic familiarity with SharePoint, including navigating sites, accessing and organizing content, and leveraging standard collaboration tools
