As a member of the Strategy and Organizational Development Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible to act as a Super User for the Time & Labour, Absence and Core HR modules in Oracle Fusion, SNB’s Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). Super Users provide guidance Employees, Line Managers and the People and Culture Team to ensure efficient and accurate data and payroll processing.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or successful completion of GED, supplemented by graduation from a one (1) year post-secondary program in a related field.
A minimum of four (4) years of related experience
Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

Salary: $2,063– $2,452 biweekly – Administrative Services Level 4 - Administrative Assistants, Clerical and Regulatory, Office, Data Processing and Duplicating Equipment Operation
The wage scales shown reflect the newly signed NBU Collective Agreement. During the implementation period, new hires may temporarily be placed on the wage scale in effect prior to the new collective agreement. Once processing is complete, employees will receive any applicable retroactive adjustments.
