Abortion Care At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Schedule: Full-time; Exempt; Benefits Eligible

Our Ideal Candidate:

You have at least 2 years’ experience working with an HRIS or HCM system and working in Human Resources, or similar experience. You possess advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

What You'll Do:

HRIS Maintenance: You will maintain the functionality of UKG, the HRIS system though:

  • Collaborate with UKG and other vendors to maintain the back-end configuration. Responsible for problem-solving system issues and communicating with the UKG support teams.
  • Maintain systems and record access and audit regularly to comply with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Provide user-end support through training, guides and resources, and procedure documentation. Provide support for users experiencing technical issues.
  • Coordinate system upgrades to ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate projects to optimize system usage, implement new modules, and meet agency needs. Provide ongoing support interdepartmentally for system usage such as Recruitment, Payroll, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, etc.
  • Coordinate with IT for support and agency systems-integration as needed.
  • Maintain automatic system reporting, such as APIs; ensure accuracy and track changes to the system or data entry that may impact data recipients.

HR Records and Data: You will maintain the regular flow of data through the employee life cycle, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

  • Prepare and process personnel actions through the Personnel Action Forms (B3) process. Coordinate with supervisors, employees, the recruitment team, and the payroll team for accuracy, communication, timeliness, and implementation.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports; create new reports as needed. Scrub reports for accuracy and ensure data integrity. Communicate effectively to ensure the reported data is accurate to the strategic need of the request.
  • Prepare year end documents for 401k compliance testing and audit.
  • Prepare, track, and analyze workforce data to ensure compliance with our benefits plans, ERISA, and the ACA.

Salary Range: $63,914.61 - $80,965.11
