Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Purpose: This position collaborates with Human Resources, Senior Leadership, Stakeholders, and Department Leaders to review workforce trends.
Essential Job Functions:

- Analyze HR data and statistics to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring processes, turnover, performance, and compliance.
- Develop and present reports, charts, and visualizations that clearly communicate analytical findings to Leadership, HR teams, and stakeholders.
- Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Support the HR team, leadership, and key stakeholders on projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information.
- Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
- Create, pull, and communicate customized spreadsheets and reports to support ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and analytical needs.
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR metrics from multiple sources, including the HRIS system, surveys, and external data sets, to identify trends and insights.
- Works on special projects with Benefits, Payroll, IT, or other departments relating to the HRIS system.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and work experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities, will be considered.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
Working Conditions: The work environment can be busy and noisy. This is a high traffic department; there are many people seeking assistance.
