  • Develop and execute change management plans for AI tool roll-outs. Act as change champion and liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Manage resistance, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Measure adoption of KPIs post-implementation.
  • Conduct structured analysis of HR and corporate/support function processes to identify automation and AI optimization opportunities. Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, user impact, and scalability; develop business cases with indicative ROI; and drive follow-up actions from enterprise-wide assessments in line with Proximus Global priorities, while excluding business-specific project ownership.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions within the HR domain, including workflow automation, knowledge support, and productivity use cases. Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through hypercare, document solutions, and scale successful use cases across HR where relevant.
  • Contribute to broader Strategic Workforce Planning by assessing the impact of AI and automation on roles, skills, job families, and workforce capacity. Provide input on role evolution, reskilling priorities, and future capability requirements to support workforce planning, organization design, and transformation decisions.

Requirements
