HR Advisor, Service Center - Temporary

SPHS-Human Resources

The HR Advisor, Service Center - Temporary will:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and candidates by responding to HR-related inquiries via phone, ServiceNow, email, and self-service tools with a high level of customer service.
  • Independently resolve the majority of HR inquiries and transactions, escalating complex, sensitive, or unresolved matters to the HR Service Center Supervisor in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manage candidate pre-onboarding activities end-to-end, including background checks, drug testing, employee health clearances, new hire documentation, E-Verify, and orientation coordination, ensuring completion within service level agreements. Supports the recruitment function by creating requisition templates and other duties as assigned.
  • Process HR data transactions and employment change forms (ECFs) accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, benefits, and talent acquisition processes to employees and candidates.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the HR case management system, including logging, tracking, follow-up, and resolution of all inquiries and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years related work experience OR a combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-volume inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems preferred, including Lawson, Cornerstone, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

FT Temp

Salary Range: 22.94 - 36.70 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
