Job Description

Our client, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer to join their Hong Kong office, supporting the Asia business's HR operations.

ROLE

• Reporting to the regional Head of HR and supporting the regional HR functions of the firm.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, including employment contract preparations.
• Maintain HRIS and support payroll logistics and salary review.
• HR administrative support, compliance monitoring of HR laws
• Support HRM and Head of HR respectively on ad hoc matters

YOU

• University degree in HR Management or related field
• 4+ years' HR experience in law firms, including graduate recruitment and payroll
• Experience of coordinating and working knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society processes including renewal procedures of Professional Indemnity Insurance and practicing certificates, and registering of CPD points.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS
• Experience of use of Workday is highly desired
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• High fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese language is a must
