Strong startup or scale-up HR experience (essential).
Experience hiring across technology and commercial functions.
Background in technology-driven businesses.
Proven ability to partner directly with founders and senior leadership.
Experience developing HR policies, performance management frameworks, and culture strategies.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (regional or global exposure is an advantage).
Commercially aware, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
