About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team for a 4 month contract. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that operates as the “engine room” of HR—supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant and high-quality people operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and overflow support to HR Business Partners across recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including HR inbox queries, reporting, and documentation
• Support employee relations processes including probation, performance management and investigations
• Manage sponsorship, visa processes and compliance requirements
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are an organised and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a energetic environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities. You bring a strong customer service mindset and take pride in delivering high-quality, timely outcomes.

You will also have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and managing IR/ER cases
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards (HIGA preferred)
• Experience in reporting, data analysis and presenting insights
• Exposure to learning and development or leadership programs
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
