The Human Resources Advisor supports Westbank First Nation (WFN) by guiding and advising leaders and staff, in consultation with the HR Manager and Director, through the delivery of a broad range of services. This role touches all areas of people management including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disability prevention and management, and talent and performance management. Operating within a portfolio model, the HR Advisor supports designated departments; however, these portfolios are dynamic and may evolve in response to organizational priorities.
The median salary for this position is: $87,602.82
