HR Adviser
Be the HR Partner Our People Can Rely On
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, approachable and solutions-focused? Do you thrive in a role where you can build trusted relationships, solve people challenges and make a tangible difference to the employee experience?
We’re looking for an HR Adviser to support one of our newly acquired Operations & Maintenance contracts, providing a responsive, commercially minded HR service to around 300 employees across 20 locations throughout the UK
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with managers and key stakeholders across the contract, providing practical advice, coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. You’ll be trusted to advise on a broad range of HR matters, support managers through complex situations, and help shape how HR is delivered as the contract continues to grow.
This role is based in our Manchester City Centre offices.
