To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Advisor located in Shenzhen.
What a typical day looks like:
Time & Attendance management, including abnormal attendance handling, leaves/OT input and verification, monthly & termination attendance closing, PTO/OT/attrition reports providing etc.
Individual income tax declaration.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leader.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered with a lower academic requirement.
2 year+ C&B working experience or those with C&B working experience in large enterprises are preferred.
Good capability of English in reading and writing.
Strong sense of responsibility, taking seriously in working, being good at communicating with others.
