About the Opportunity
This is a newly created role sitting at the heart of Beneco's People & Culture function. As our dedicated HR Advisor, you'll work closely with the Leader of People, Culture & Strategy to deliver a best-in-class employee experience across our growing occupational rehabilitation team.
You'll be the go-to for practical, generalist HR support; advising leaders, guiding employees through every stage of the employment lifecycle, and contributing to P&C initiatives that drive real outcomes for our people and the clients we support through their recovery and return to work journey.
