As HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters. You play a key role in day-to-day HR operations within Europe, while also supporting colleagues in international offices. Beyond the operational side, you will actively contribute to optimizing HR processes, driving HR projects, and strengthening the employee experience.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and provide clear, practical advice
Support and coordinate HR projects with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
Optimize HR processes and systems, with particular attention to digitalization and user-friendliness
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting vacancies to onboarding new hires
Maintain and improve HR software systems for smooth operations
Oversee occupational health and absence management processes, in collaboration with the ARBO service
A self-starting HR professional with 25 years of relevant experience
Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Accurate, structured, and a strong communicator
Experienced with HR systems and motivated to optimize processes
Service-oriented and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
