The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert HR support, guidance, and advice to employees, management, and stakeholders across our companies. You will be involved in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and learning and development. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be a key contributor to the HR team, helping to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, concerns, and grievances.
• Investigate employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, HR and performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and support end to end performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and employee development.

About You

• HR qualifications and/or experience in an advisory role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, systems, and legislation.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software.
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
• Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders across teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated, or changing environments
• Proactive and committed to continuous improvement
