Job Title: HR Adviser
An award-winning business based in Bolton is looking for an ambitious HR Adviser to take over a generalist role and develop the HR function and operations.
Salary: 28-32k per annum
Location: Centre of Bolton
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm / Office Based

The HR Adviser will report into the HR Manager and will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Your HR duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management

This is a role that requires someone with a pragmatic and commercial approach as well as a confident manner.
It is essential that you have a background in HR providing generalist support, CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills. A car owner is essential due to supporting their other local offices.
