Human Resources (HR) Advisor Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify optimal solutions and outcomes to people activity – both formal and informal​
  • Coaching Leaders – provision of quality support and advice through coaching questions (not tell) on all people changes and issues
  • People activity review and analysis to identify trends/pattern, conduct root cause analysis on systemic issues and recommend solutions for improvement to change (e.g., Leadership behaviour/action)
  • Ensure people decisions are legally compliant risk-assessed, fair, proportionate and alignment to strategic focus - with performance and behaviours at the heart (why, what and how)
  • Policy/Guidelines Enhancement: Identifying opportunities to enhance through language, tone, legislation, best practice and industry trends ​

Qualifications
