About the Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, primarily focusing on managing our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing essential administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Systems Management: Act as the main point of contact for the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date.
• Data Entry & Maintenance: Responsible for accurately entering and updating employee information, including onboarding details, salary updates, and offboarding data.
• Administrative Support: Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the HR team, helping to streamline processes and maintain efficient HR operations.
• Employee Lifecycle Operations: Assist with the administrative tasks related to the entire employee lifecycle, from new hire orientation to termination processes.
• Document Management: Maintain digital employee files and ensure all HR documentation is properly filed, compliant, and strictly confidential.

• Student Status: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, or a related field.
• Availability: Able to work part-time, 3 days a week.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a keen eye for detail, which is crucial when handling sensitive employee data.
• Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner: Strong basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets). Prior familiarity with HR systems is a plus, but absolutely not required—we will teach you!
• Organization Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality: High level of personal integrity and strict adherence to confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
