HR Admin/Receptionist

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator / Receptionist to join our advanced manufacturing center and play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and people-focused workplace. This position supports our team members across their full employee lifecycle while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
Our work supports the research, development, production, logistics, and marketing of level and pressure measurement devices, and this role helps ensure our people experience a positive, professional, and well-supported work environment every day.

Which tasks will you perform?
Human Resources & Employee Support
Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding-related activities
Process employee lifecycle paperwork, checklists, and maintainaccurate records in the HRIS
Provide general HR support by answering employee questions and directing inquiries appropriately
Draft company communications, forms, letters, spreadsheets, and HR materials
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes
Administrative, Events & Office Support
Prioritize, plan, and coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities
Assist with scheduling meetings, filing, and general HR office administration
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
Reception & Facility Support
Greet and direct visitors while monitoring visitor access and maintaining building security systems
Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Order, maintain, and inventory supplies for kitchens and breakrooms

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and visitors
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfort working with technology, including Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
Ability to accurately maintain data across multiple systems
Self-motivated, reliable, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
