Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administrative tasks to support HR and operational activities.
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and correspondence in a structured and accessible filing system.
• Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and record management for company files.
• Handle insurance administration, including documentation and coordination related to employee insurance matters.
• Support compliance and reporting processes, ensuring that all required documents and reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining HR-related data and reports when required.
