Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Part‑Time HR Administrator to support our La Doria operation in Sproughton, Ipswich This is a fixed‑term role for 9 months, working 24 hours per week, where you’ll provide essential HR administrative support, helping to maintain accurate records, support employee relations processes and contribute to a positive site culture.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support employee relations processes, including note‑taking for meetings and preparing documentation
• Manage HR administration such as absence, attendance and right‑to‑work records
• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers and colleagues
• Support engagement activities, reporting requirements and general HR administration

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support a range of HR activities
