Position Overview
As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both HR operations and recruiting administration, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently across the organization. This role combines data accuracy, organization, and communication, making it ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
HR Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Ownership of high‑volume Pre‑Employment and Onboarding processing
- Assist with database management (CDK, ComplyAuto, etc.)
- Support the HR team with administrative work and special projects
- Maintain digital employee files and ensure data accuracy
- Perform sensitive data entry and validation
Recruiting Support
- Maintain and manage the job board and open requisitions
- - Refresh job postings regularly
- - Post new job requisitions
- - Review job ads for grammar, accuracy, and formatting
- Manage user access and permissions within recruiting systems
- Assist with job ad edits, updates, and reworks
- Confirm candidate interviews and scheduling
- Ensure job postings are aligned with the correct dealership budget
- Maintain and update the recruitment process tracking spreadsheet
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)
HR Administrator Benefits and Compensation
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience

QualificationsHR Administrator

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or higher preferred
- Experience working within an HRIS or managing employee data
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with CDK DMS is a plus
- Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Interest in Human Resources or data/operations work preferred
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Ryan focused on cultivating talent within the organization, bringing on skilled managers such as Jeff Jackson, who became president in 2010 while Ryan remained as CEO and Dealer Principal.

Under Ryan's leadership, the company now operates 40 dealerships, including the recent additions of Honda World and Olympia Kia Subaru. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
